For Patients

Mercy Clinic provides free healthcare to uninsured adults who live in the 76104, 76110, and 76115 zip codes with an income not greater than 200% of national poverty level. Since 2011, we have worked to share Christ's love with our community in South Fort Worth.

Mercy Clinic has three clinics each week: Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Wednesday afternoons. We offer wellness checkups, well-woman visits, sick visits, dentistry extractions and fillings, and limited laboratory and prescription services. If you qualify for our services, we encourage you to request an appointment with us through our form below!
